We at Nova Display strive for excellence. Our knowledgeable customer service department is here to serve you from Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Online orders are given the same quick and efficient customer service as all orders we receive. Shopping online with us is safe, easy and secure. If you are looking for a specific item, browse through the online store by clicking on the categories on the left. All items are shown in line drawings along with description and dimensions. You may select the item you need by clicking on "Add-to-Cart" button. To review your selections at any time click on the "Shopping Cart" on the top of the page. You may change quantities or remove items from your list, choose to "Continue Shopping" or "Check out". If paying with a card, you will be linked to a secure (encrypted) server when it is time to enter your credit card number and provide a shipping address.

Terms and Conditions
Shipping - 90% of orders on finished products are shipped out within 2-15 business days from our sales/distribution center. Products or components which are not available in stock at the moment of ordering will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Most small orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For large orders, we'll ship via freight by the most reliable and inexpensive carrier to your location. We also offer express air and economical two day air service on most items in stock. If an order is to be shipped via air or internationally (including Canada) you must call (707) 535-2464 to make arrangements prior placing the order online.

Payments - All orders are shipped F.O.B Nova Display. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal, in addition to Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Business/Personal Checks. For orders by phone, you may pre-pay your order via check or wire transfer. Orders prepaid with a check will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance. New customers wishing to prepay an order totaling $5,000 or more must allow 10 business days for their check to clear. This policy applies to personal, business, cashiers, and certified checks, as well as money orders. Orders shipped to addresses in California also pay an additional sales tax of 8.00%. If your business is tax exempt, please fax your California Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate to 707-535-2467.

All payment must be made in US Dollars. Additional charges will apply for bulky items, overnight delivery, second-day air, or shipments outside the Continental US. We will contact you if the shipping and handling vary from the above schedule. On ground shipment orders please anticipate a 1 to 2 week delivery time.

$250.00 - $499.00 receive 5% discount
$500.00 - $999.00 receive 10% discount
$1000.00 or more receive 15% discount

Returns - Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order is not received in satisfactory condition, keep all packaging and notify us within (3) days of receipt. Stock merchandise in original, unopened packaging may be returned for refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Items must be in their original state (undamaged). Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the order statement and RMA number. Please call our office to receive your RMA (Return Authorization Number). You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns must be insured for the invoiced value of the merchandise. Please note that custom merchandise is not returnable. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
